In short: we collect only what answering your request and providing the service requires. Of cookies we use one essential one, which remembers your choice, plus visit statistics only with your consent. We send no advertising, do no profiling, and never pass your data on for sale.
The controller is Deplai OÜ (Deplai), email hello@deplai.eu. This notice covers your data as an enquirer and as a customer. Your app's own data we process on your instructions (see section 6).
From the inquiry form: name, email, where the app is (a link or a note about a ZIP), the tool used, whether the app stores data, the preferred address and own domain, a free-text description, language choice, and the time you agreed to the terms. Technically, when the form is sent: IP address, browser information and a request id — used to prevent misuse (such as the submission limit) and to find errors. In the customer relationship, invoices, correspondence and the technical access you provide for deployment are added.
To answer your request, prepare the agreement and provide the service (performance of a contract). To issue invoices and keep accounts (legal obligation). To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and resolve outages (our legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.
Inquiries that do not lead to an agreement are kept for 12 months. Customer data is kept for the duration of the agreement and 3 years after it ends (the limitation period for claims). Accounting records are kept for 7 years as the law requires. Technical logs are kept for 12 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Servers are located in the European Union, in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Inquiry notifications and emails are delivered by our email provider Beehosting (Beehosting OÜ, Estonia). If you have accepted analytics cookies, visit statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google servers outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We give data to authorities only when the law requires it. We transfer no other data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, and we do not sell data to anyone.
If your app collects its users' data, you are the controller and we are the processor. We process it only on your instructions and only for hosting, backups and fixing outages; we do not look into the app's data without a technical need. Informing your app's users and obtaining their consent is your responsibility. We sign a data processing agreement where needed.
